During 24 years of professional experience, mainly within the Moroccan public administration, I was appointed as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at the Ministry of Energy and Mines as well as Director of Human Resources, Minister Advisor and Head of the staff Management Division at the Ministry of Health. Also, I started my professional career with several positions at the Ministry of Water and Public Works.
As international consultant and expert in human resources management and Public Administration Reforms, I was able to conduct with success many assignments and advise several African Governments and development agencies, including the United Nation Development Program and European Union Delegation.
In parallel, as Part time University Teacher in human resources management, I was able to share my human resources academic knowledge and my professional and practical experience with students from Master and Executive-Master Programs within different Moroccan Universities.
I graduated as engineer from the National School of Meteorology in Toulouse (France), supplemented with a Master of Business Administration from the National School of Bridges and Roads (Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées) of Paris (France) and a Master’s degree of Management and Human Resources from the University of Corsica Pascal Paoli (France).
