Manuela Dieng

Manuela Dieng is a Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility. She has been with the ALSF since July 2018. As a Legal Counsel, she is directly involved in advising African Governments in complex commercial transactions in the ALSF’s operational sectors.

Prior to joining the ALSF, Mrs Dieng acquired experience at several leading law firms in Paris and Abidjan , as well as at the Commun Court of Justice and Arbitration (OHADA). Her experience mainly focused on investor-state dispute settlement, international arbitration, litigation and corporate law, and her practice covered a range of sectors, including energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, and commercial law issues.
